Communications & Marketing Director

The Communications & Marketing Director manages OHP’s public image, media strategy, and overall branding. This leader ensures that our message, programs, and initiatives reach a wide audience through creative storytelling and strategic promotion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead social media strategy, content creation, and event promotion.

  • Oversee a volunteer-based marketing team.

  • Strengthen OHP’s visibility and brand presence across platforms.

  • Develop creative campaigns to promote OHP initiatives.

Meetings & Breaks:

  • Attend two board meetings/month (1 formal, 1 working session).

  • Lead bi-weekly sub-team meetings.

  • Join quarterly all-staff gatherings.

  • Breaks: Dec 23–Jan 1, May 15–31, Jul 29–Aug 5, Oct 15–21, plus holidays.

Outreach Director

The Outreach Director builds and nurtures community relationships, leads membership recruitment efforts, and creates partnerships that expand OHP’s reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Outreach Team (volunteers supporting partnerships and service projects).

  • Recruit, engage, and retain members and volunteers.

  • Build and sustain community partnerships.

  • Develop outreach strategies that strengthen OHP’s presence locally and globally.

Meetings & Breaks:

  • Attend two board meetings/month (1 formal, 1 working session).

  • Lead bi-weekly sub-team meetings.

Finance Director

The Finance Director ensures the financial health of OHP by overseeing budgeting, fundraising, and financial accountability. This role is crucial in sustaining our growth and ensuring transparency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage OHP’s budget and financial planning.

  • Work closely with leadership to align financial decisions with organizational goals.

  • Oversee fundraising initiatives and ensure accountability in resource management.

  • Provide transparent reporting to the board and partners.

  • Attend two board meetings/month (1 formal, 1 working session).

Campus Relations Director

The Campus Relations Director serves as the primary support system for OHP’s collegiate chapters, guiding their growth, providing mentorship, and assisting in chartering new chapters nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with collegiate chapters to provide resources and support.

  • Mentor and advise chapter leaders.

  • Lead efforts to charter new chapters at universities.

  • Strengthen OHP’s campus presence and community impact.

Meetings & Breaks:

  • Attend two board meetings/month (1 formal, 1 working session).

  • Join quarterly all-staff gatherings.
